Orders & Custom Print Options

How are Magick Brush pieces made?

Many Magick Brush pieces are produced through professional fine art print partners, including WhiteWall, depending on the product, material, finish, and customization selected.

Some pieces may be available in standard sizes and finishes, while others may require custom configuration or a quote before purchase.

Can I request a custom version of a piece?

Yes. For certain artworks, you may be able to request a custom print option such as paper, metal, acrylic glass, canvas, framing, sizing, or other finish details.

Custom requests are reviewed individually. Availability, pricing, and production timelines may vary depending on the artwork and the selected materials.

How do I request a quote for a custom print?

Please contact us with the artwork title, desired size, preferred material or finish, framing preferences, and any notes about where the piece will be displayed.

We will review the request and provide details if that customization is available.

Are all print options available for every artwork?

No. Not every artwork is available in every size, material, frame, or finish. Some images are best suited to specific formats based on resolution, composition, color, mood, and production requirements.

Magick Brush may limit certain print options to preserve the quality and integrity of the artwork.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Shipping timelines vary depending on the artwork, selected product type, production method, material, destination, and carrier.

Because many pieces are made to order, your item may require production time before it ships. Estimated timelines may vary by product and will be provided when available.

Is my order made to order?

Many Magick Brush pieces are made to order. This means your selected artwork, size, material, and finish may be produced specifically for you after your order is placed and approved.

Because of this, cancellations, changes, and returns may be limited once production begins.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping availability may vary depending on the product, print partner, destination, and carrier. Additional customs fees, import taxes, duties, or local charges may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, it will be provided once your order has shipped.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Please contact us immediately if you need to change your shipping address.

Because many orders move quickly into production and fulfillment, we cannot guarantee that address changes can be made after an order is placed. Once an order has entered production or shipping, changes may no longer be possible.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We currently ship to the following countries and regions:

Argentina, Australia, Bahrain, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Canary Islands, China, Costa Rica, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Guernsey, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Jersey, Kuwait, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Malta, Mexico, Monaco, New Zealand, Norway, Austria, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Africa, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and the United States.

Shipping rates, VAT, import duties, and other applicable taxes vary depending on your destination and local regulations. These charges are automatically calculated during checkout, so you'll see the final shipping cost and any applicable taxes before completing your purchase.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Can I cancel my order?

Orders must be canceled as quickly as possible. For WhiteWall-produced items, cancellation is only available within a limited two-hour window after the order has been approved for production.

Once that cancellation window has passed, the order cannot be canceled, changed, reversed, or stopped.

Why is the cancellation window so short?

Many Magick Brush products are custom-produced or made to order through professional fine art production partners. Once production begins, materials, labor, printing, framing, mounting, and fulfillment may already be in process.

Because of this, the cancellation window is limited.

Can I change the size, material, frame, or finish after ordering?

Please contact us immediately if you need to request a change.

Changes are not guaranteed. Once an order has been approved or entered production, we may not be able to alter the size, material, frame, finish, shipping address, or other order details.

What happens if I made a mistake when ordering?

Please contact us right away with your order number and the issue. We will review the situation, but once the production window has passed, we may not be able to cancel or correct the order.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before completing checkout.

Refunds, Returns & Damaged Items

Do you accept returns?

Because many Magick Brush pieces are made to order, custom-configured, or produced specifically for each customer, returns are generally not accepted for buyer’s remorse, change of mind, incorrect size selection, color expectations, or personal preference.

Can I return a piece because it looks different from my screen?

No. Color, brightness, contrast, tone, and texture may vary between a digital screen and the final printed artwork. These natural variations are part of the fine art printing process and are not considered defects.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us as soon as possible if your order arrives damaged. Include your order number, the email used at checkout, photos of the damaged item, photos of the packaging, and a description of the issue.

Damage claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

What photos should I send for a damaged item?

Please send clear photos of:

1. The full artwork or item

2. The damaged area

3. The outer packaging

4. The inner packaging

5. The shipping label, if available

These photos help us review the issue with the production or shipping partner.

Am I guaranteed a refund or replacement for damage?

Damaged item claims are handled per occurrence and must be reviewed. A refund, replacement, or other resolution is not guaranteed until the issue has been assessed.

We will do our best to support valid damage claims when the required information is provided promptly.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

If tracking shows that a package was delivered, Magick Brush is not responsible for theft, loss, or missing packages after confirmed delivery.

Please contact the shipping carrier directly for delivery issues. You may also contact us with your order details, and we will review what information is available.

Color, Print & Material Variation

Will the print look exactly like it does on my screen?

Not always. Screens and physical prints are different mediums. Colors, brightness, contrast, temperature, saturation, shadows, highlights, and fine details may appear differently depending on the device used to view the artwork.

Phones, tablets, laptops, desktop monitors, and browsers all display color differently.

Why do colors look different on different devices?

Device display can be affected by screen quality, resolution, pixel density, brightness settings, color calibration, age of the device, browser settings, and surrounding light.

A brand-new phone, older computer, tablet, or uncalibrated monitor may each show the same image differently.

Can material choice affect the final artwork?

Yes. Paper, canvas, acrylic glass, metal, matte finishes, glossy finishes, framing, glass, and mounting can each affect how color, light, texture, and depth appear in the final piece.

These differences are natural in fine art production and are not considered defects.

Are slight print variations considered damage?

No. Natural color, material, brightness, texture, finish, and production variations are not considered damage, misprints, or defects.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that the final printed artwork may vary from the digital image shown online.

Artwork Rights & Copyright

When I buy a print, do I own the image?

You own the physical artwork or print that you purchased. You do not own the copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, digital file, or intellectual property connected to the artwork.

Can I copy, scan, edit, reproduce, or resell the image?

No. Magick Brush artwork may not be copied, scanned, altered, edited, reproduced, redistributed, printed, sold, licensed, uploaded, used commercially, or claimed as your own.

Purchasing a piece gives you the right to display the physical artwork for personal use. It does not transfer creative ownership.

Can I post a photo of my artwork online?

Yes, you may share photos of the artwork displayed in your home, office, or space for personal, non-commercial use.

Credit is appreciated when sharing online. Please tag or reference Magick Brush by Erin D’Elia when possible.

Can I use the artwork for my business, branding, logo, website, product, or commercial project?

No. Magick Brush artwork may not be used for commercial purposes without written permission or a separate licensing agreement.

Please contact us for licensing or collaboration inquiries.

Limited Collections & Availability

Are Magick Brush pieces limited edition?

Some collections or pieces may be released as limited editions, seasonal collections, quarterly releases, or small-batch offerings.

If a piece is limited, the listing will include any available details about edition size, release timing, or availability.

Will sold-out pieces come back?

Some pieces may return in future collections, while others may not. Availability depends on the artwork, collection, production options, and creative direction of the shop.

Can I request a piece that is no longer available?

You may contact us to ask, but availability is not guaranteed.

Care & Display

How should I care for my artwork?

Care instructions may vary depending on the material, finish, and framing selected. In general, artwork should be handled with clean hands, protected from excessive moisture, and displayed away from harsh direct sunlight, extreme heat, or extreme humidity.

Can I hang my artwork in a bathroom or humid space?

We do not recommend placing fine art prints in high-humidity spaces unless the selected material and framing are appropriate for that environment.

Moisture, steam, and temperature changes may affect certain materials over time.

Do you provide hanging instructions?

Some products may include hanging hardware or mounting details depending on the selected format. Please review the product listing and any included packaging materials.

For larger or heavier pieces, professional installation may be recommended.
