Plain-language version

When you purchase Magick Brush artwork, you are purchasing the physical piece for personal display. You are not purchasing the copyright, commercial rights, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or the right to claim the work as your own.

In other words: you bought the portal, not the spellbook.

Copyright ownership

All Magick Brush artwork, photography, imagery, titles, descriptions, and related creative work remain the intellectual property of Erin D’Elia unless otherwise stated in writing. All rights are reserved.

What is allowed

  • Display the purchased physical artwork in your personal space, home, office, or studio.
  • Share casual photos of the artwork in your space, provided you do not claim or imply that you created the artwork.
  • Credit Magick Brush or Erin D’Elia when sharing publicly, when practical.
  • What is not allowed
  • Do not copy, scan, reproduce, reprint, resell, publish, license, or commercially use the artwork or imagery.
  • Do not edit, remix, alter, crop, recolor, filter, or create derivative works from the artwork for public, commercial, or resale use.
  • Do not use the artwork in logos, brand assets, marketing, advertising, merchandise, websites, publications, product packaging, or digital products without written permission.
  • Do not mint, tokenize, or sell the artwork as an NFT or digital collectible.
  • Do not use the artwork for AI training, AI datasets, image-generation prompts, machine learning, or similar technologies.
  • Do not remove artist signatures, copyright notices, metadata, watermarks, or attribution.
  • Do not claim, imply, or present the artwork as your own creation.

Commercial licensing

For licensing, commercial placement, editorial use, brand collaborations, interior design projects, hospitality projects, or custom usage rights, contact magickbrush.com. Permission must be granted in writing before any commercial use.

Your purchase includes the physical artwork for personal display only. Copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, AI-training rights, and commercial-use rights remain with Erin D’Elia and are not transferred with purchase. Please do not copy, alter, resell, commercially use, or claim the artwork as your own.
